Delivery and Returns
All shipments are usually sent by DHL Express. We will ship products as soon as possible after receipt of the Order and confirmation of your payment. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery we want to make sure your purchases get to the right person. We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions, which might affect deliveries in your area, such as extreme weather.
* SEC Service Parts is not responsible for delivery time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. In the interest of security all parcels will have to be signed for. In the event that you are not available, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery.
- SEC Service Parts refund goods within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returned goods must be unused, clean with original (not damaged) packaging.
- Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. We regret that your shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.
- Every return item is checked before we accept it.
How to Return Goods
If you want to return an item.
- Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your goods. Stating your name, address and the item you wish to return (order number and date of order)
- Please, carefully pack your goods to be returned with all accessories and original packaging
- With returned item you must send:
- A copy of your invoice
- Note stating reason for return
